Jerry DiPaola, CST

Two Rivers Administrator

I had the pleasure of joining Two Rivers Surgery Center in 2020 as an Administrator focusing on Business Operations.  I bring extensive expertise to my role, blending over 20 years as a Certified Surgical Technician and robust background in healthcare management. My career spans private practice operations and ambulatory surgical settings, reflecting a deep understanding of both clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare.

My primary responsibility lies in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the center, thereby contributing to a safe environment for all patients. My dedication to patient safety underscores my commitment to maintaining high standards within the facility.

Jordan Granai, RN, MSN

Perioperative and Postoperative Nurse

Since 2013 I’ve been a practicing Registered Nurse; I graduated Ocean County College as the VP of the Student Nurses Organization, a Board of Trustees Student Representative, and a member of Phi Theta Kappa: Tau Iota National Honor’s Society of Community Colleges. I then completed my Masters of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University with a focus in Clinical Nursing Leadership, all while volunteering as an EMT and candy striper, or hospital volunteer. My passion for working in the healthcare space began at a young age. I’m committed to providing the highest quality, most efficient and convenient same-day surgery services to all patients and their support systems. I’m dedicated to ensuring every person cared for at Two Rivers Surgery Center feels confident they are in the best hands, receiving the finest surgical care by a skilled team in a safe environment for optimal results.

Mary Lynn Herrmann RN, CNOR, CPSN

Registered Nurse

I joined the Two Rivers Surgery Center team with over 40 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.  I have dedicated my career to many aspects of nursing which include bedside nursing, nursing mangement, multispecialty surgical nurse as well as plastic surgical nurse. 

I was fortunate enough to work side by side with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for over 25 years.  This gave me the opportunity to focus on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as assisting in, opening, accrediting, licensing and running a one room surgical facility.

My credentials include: Certified Nurse Operating Room, Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse, Registered Nurse First Assistant, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support.

After moving to Monmouth County, I was fortunate enough to bring my plastic surgical and operating room expertise to Two Rivers Sugery Center.

Carla Gomez-Pierson, CRSCST, ST

Surgical Technician Certified/ Central Service Technician 

I have had the pleasure of working here at Two Rivers Surgery Center since 2021. I bring over 30 years experience working as a surgical technician and central service technician.  I have the opportunity to assist our surgeons during their procedures and I ensure that our patients have the most safe and positive experience while receiving care at our center.

Julie Musto

Registered Nurse, Two Rivers Surgery Center Adminstrator

I bring over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, specializing in critical care and outpatient ambulatory care settings, to my role at Two Rivers Surgery Center. Since joining the center in 2018, I have taken on an administrative position where I oversee the clinical operations of the ambulatory surgery center.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. My extensive background in critical care equips me with a deep understanding of clinical protocols and patient needs, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained here at Two Rivers Surgery Center. My focus is on improving patient outcomes and optimizing operational processes.

Kelli Lane

Reception and Accounts Management

My name is Kelli Lane, and I hold a degree in Business Management from Johnson and Wales University. At Allure Plastic Surgery Center and Two Rivers Surgery Center, I undertake a diverse range of responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. I manage the accounts payable for both facilities, ensuring that financial transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. I also coordinate patient appointments at Allure, working closely with our team to provide a seamless experience for our clients. Additionally, I assist other plastic surgeons at Two Rivers in scheduling their surgeries, ensuring that everything is meticulously planned and executed.

Beyond my professional life, I am deeply committed to my family. As a mother of four, I spend my free time actively involved in my children’s lives and their various activities. Balancing work and family are a rewarding challenge, and I take pride in contributing meaningfully to both spheres.
